Everything But The House, LLC is a business which specializes in assisting individuals with the sale of their personal items. If you are downsizing, moving due to corporate relocation, going through a divorce, moving into a retirement community, caring for an estate that has been left to you, or placed in any situation where you need to sell your belongings we are here to help you make the right decisions.

How we do it...

Each case is different, but most often we will organize an estate sale (also known as a tag sale) or an auction where household items are organized within the home in preparation for a sale which is advertised to the general public.

What we sell...

Like the name says, everything but the house. Items usually include antiques, art, furniture, tools, kitchenware, automobiles, architectural salvage, books and other household goods. However, we are open to just about anything.

Why do you need us...

We have over 20 years of experience in the appraisal, sale, and marketing of secondhand items. The saying one man's junk is another man's treasure never becomes more apparent than when evaluating items for sale. That print that you thought was worthless may actually be a painting under glass by a listed artist. That flower pot on the back porch may actually be an artist signed vase by one of the famous art pottery makers from the early 20th century.
